Good basic camping.Clean facilities warm showers camping space large grass was very plush. No need for bar or restaurant as village is 5 minutes walk.Good location for a number of museums. Washing machine and dryer on-site.

Great site only problem was the staff not knowing what pitchs were free, we had to move pitch 3 times due to there incompetence as did other people. No proper site management. Other then that a great site.

Great Campsite for Motorhomes, tents and statics..Ideal location on edge of village. Hosts are really helpful.and friendly. We often stop here for few days when we go over to France in MH. Shower/toilet block great..Cleaned regularly. Washing machine(€5) and dryer(€4) helps getting back in track. Recommended.

For tent camping, it was OK. Facilities are adequate but, no bar or restaurant. Walking distance to the town to eat and drink was great. Visit the airborne museum and see John Steele hanging from the church roof attached to his parachute.

Perfectly placed as a base for d day visits, 3 min walk to airborne museum,and bars etc I have to say the landscaping is rather lush with strong growth,shower block has usual hot weather odour, but regardless we enjoyed or stay , recommend for chalet caravan tent and like me needing a motorhome pitch,all easy access and a good size. Will come again .

Excellent site, quiet and within walking distance of the town. Lovely clean facilities, toilets, showers, dish washing and laundry (5€, but free hand washing stations too). Would recommend this site if you are looking for a base to do the D-day beaches and museums.

Great camp site! If you are in a tent you have your own pitch with high bushes to have privacy. The pitch is huge and the grass is very good. The toilets and showers are clean. If you prefer to hire a bungalow you can stay in a WW2 truck (I didn’t). Fair price.
